I am Geom. Agostino Ruggiero, registered with the College of Surveyors of the Province of Naples (No. 7601).

My professional career spans more than three decades and includes:

• continuous professional practice since 1989;
• appointments to *Building, Landscape, Environmental and Seismic Commissions** within public authorities;
• RUP support roles and technical consultancy for municipal administrations;
• experience as a Court-Appointed Technical Consultant for a Party (CTP) in judicial proceedings;
• more than thirty years of technical and administrative management within construction companies, including projects in areas subject to significant landscape and historical-architectural protection.

My academic background includes a Degree in Geo-Cartographic, Valuation, Territorial and Building Sciences, together with advanced expertise in planning legislation, property valuation, construction accounting and building procedures. I also hold additional professional qualifications as a Civil Mediator and Property Manager.

This multidisciplinary experience enables me to provide a comprehensive, rigorous and highly specialised technical approach, supporting clients with:
